Individuals (15+), Couples and Families, and Groups

I offer a safe space for individuals (15+), couples, and families to thrive, especially those from diverse cultural backgrounds. I integrate attachment theory with CBT to help clients strengthen their connections and repair after relationship ruptures. Additionally, I offer group therapy for couples, adolescents, and individuals dealing with substance use, creating a community-oriented approach to healing and growth. I aim to empower each person and family I work with to tune in to their emotions and navigate their relationships with confidence and compassion.
