My goal in counseling is to provide a space where you can be seen and heard, where you can clarify what is important to you and your family, and identify the barriers that can get in the way of your goals. I take a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach that looks at the whole person in the context of their relationships. I am especially passionate about supporting parents through the life cycle of family development.
