I believe that every client is the author of their own story, and my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My counseling approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. At the same time, I value allowing clients the freedom to reflect, discover their own strengths, and create a path that aligns with their personal goals and values. Together, we’ll work to build insight, resilience, and lasting growth at a pace that feels right for you.
