My approach in the therapeutic process is to meet the client where they are with the expectation of listening, collaboration, encouraging setting goals and providing hope in any trial , difficult circumstance, or mental health challenge. I will collaborate with other professionals in the community, making every effort to meet the client’s need. I use paradigms such as cognitive behavioral therapy, systems theory or models that best fit the individual, couple or family.
