Erin Stine
My approach to counseling is caring but direct. I use a variety of modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths based approaches. I have focused my clinical experience on a variety of therapeutic issues including addiction/recovery, spiritual integration, religious abuse/trauma, transitions to college and motherhood, and ADHD in adults. I love to see people heal and change. As they say in Alcoholics Anonymous, “Nothing changes if nothing changes”. If you would like support in changing your thinking and behaviors, I’d love to walk alongside you.
